Infrared saunas are my TOP most favourite tool! I’ve had my Sunlighten Solo for over 2 years (it was a great excuse for a 40th birthday gift!) It is a big ticket gift but the best investment as it the sweating helps to release and flush out toxins, assist the body to heal and increasing blood, oxygen and heart rate by dilating blood vessels. It also has light and colour therapy, which is a holistic approach to healing and helps balance our body’s energy centres.

Stainless Steel Lunchboxes
Stainless steel lunchboxes are a perfect gift for anyone that loves helping the environment. They remove the need to buy plastic versions, are safe, durable and just last forever. The Oura ring is herald to be the most accurate sleep and activity tracker. It’s on my wish list! A lot of biohackers are using them and I’m curios to own one to see the accuracy of information it tracks and to get the data on my sleep! Heart rate variability is one piece of info the Oura ring gives that most other trackers don’t so if you've got a loved one that loves data and his or her sleep, this would tickle their fancy!
Indoor plants are a great gift idea that not only helps green an indoor space, bringing nature inside but also helps filter the air! There are so many beautiful indoor plants these days, but the favourites are the peace lily, snake plant (mother in law’s tongue), philodendrons and monsteras. Gift it in a beautiful pot and I am pretty sure its’ new owner will be beaming with joy!
