During this journey, I embarked on studying everything I could on health and wellness - building biology [the science of how the built environment affects our health], trained in natural alternatives and therapies - reiki healing, vedic meditation to how to use food and nutrition as medicine, gut healing along with coaching, facilitation, mindset and human behaviour, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Time Line therapy. |
Over the years, I continued to build my foundation of wellness through healthy habits and found this became my life toolkit to ignite, inspire and uplevel the well in me. Combining my lived experience with my architecture experience and what I continue to practice on a daily basis, I now work with business leaders, entrepreneurs, teams and organisations to help them make wellness an everyday priority, build and maximise their physical, mental, emotional and inner self wellbeing for life and work, creating healthy happy individuals, teams and organisations through evidence based bio and eco hacks and habits.
